SPIN Group has been providing Production Assembly, Test and Process Automation solutions for over 25 years, from a complete turnkey solution to designing special purpose test machines using state of the art electronics, software, pneumatic and hydraulic components.

Project Management 


The SPIN Project Management team will form an integrated partnership with our customers’ engineers and managers. Our team will ensure continuity from the simultaneous engineering process through to the facility installation, commissioning and successful product launch.


Simultaneous Engineering


SPIN has participated in numerous simultaneous engineering programmes on petrol/diesel engine and controls projects with a number of customers. The result of the simultaneous engineering effort is to achieve best in class for both product and facility.

Service and TPM


To provide service engineers on a planned TPM schedule to ensure all systems are set to conditions as originally intended.

Advise on TPM strategies and schedule requirements.

Calibration Services


As part of our ISO9001 accreditation we are authorised to carry out product and system calibration routines including all instrumentation channels such as pressure, frequency, voltage, etc.

Engineering Design


Our design team are ready to assist with your requirements. We operate Solidworks 3D CAD package, AutoCad, and EPlan systems. We can offer to update your documentation in line with latest standards.

We can also review your safety systems for correct operation with procedure and regulations.

We can offer an extensive skills based workforce to assist in your facility requirements, including:
